To create an aspirational value for BSNL retailers and to motivate retailers to upgrade themselves to an upper category, BSNL introduces Thailand Trip (Videsh Ki Sair) and Fun In Goa Schemes for active retailers and their attached Retail Managers.
Who are eligible for BSNL Vacation Package Trip
Any retailer falling under Diamond or Platinum and Gold categories for at least one of the months in the scheme period i.e August 2018 to October 18 will be eligible for this reward, and BSNL retailer for the reward will be chosen randomly from amongst the eligible retailers through a lottery system.
A Retailer and attached BSNL Retailer Manager per circle will be rewarded under this scheme. One additional Retailer and Retailer Manager, in addition to the above, will be rewarded for 10 large circles in terms of IN revenue for 2017-2018. These circles are Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh (East), Maharashtra, Orissa, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Gujarat.

BSNL Retailer Categorisation (SIM Selling Point)
All SIM Selling POS (Point Of Sale) Retailers are categorized as follows as per the business duration August 2018 to October 2018 for SIM selling.

C TOPUP (Channel Top Up) is a service offered by leading telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, which manages SMS based Recharge/Topups for GSM and CDMA services by BSNL Retailer or POS(Point of Sale) by offering the retailer commission on recharges done at prescribed rates.
In order to encourage the retailer, BSNL has offered the lowest tariff for Prepaid and Postpaid C-TOP UP mobiles according to business done by the POS(Point of Sale). BSNL provides this facility to the retailers without any recharge if the minimum business transaction was done at Rs.1000 per month along with one year of minimum validity for C TOP UP.
BSNL allows the retailer to call at just 10ps per minute for Local calls of own network and 40ps per minute to other networks, where STD calls will be charged at 40ps per minute to own network and 60ps per minute to another network.
BSNL has offered the below mentioned CTOP UP mobile tariff in prepaid and postpaid GSM services in all the BSNL circles for all the eligible retailers. The tariff will be offered for all the new/existing retailers automatically in starting of each and every calendar month.
Apart from the above, PAN India Telecom Operator BSNL has announced the introduction of Free Talk Time and SMS to Franchisees / Retailers for C-TopUp (Channel TOP UP) SIM cards on the achievement of monthly transaction amount along with the waiver of SIM Replacement charges for new replacement sim on any problem.
In order to encourage the retailer, BSNL has already offered the lowest tariff for Prepaid and Postpaid C-TOP UP Mobiles according to with business done by the POS(Point of Sale). Now again in a move BSNL offers another Free Talk Time and SMS to their Franchisees / Retailers according to achievement of monthly transaction amount which will be credited automatically to their mobile account in the following month as follows.

OTF of Rs.30 to every POS (Retailer) will credit to CTOPUP on every successful EID Mubarak Voucher (STV 786).
BSNL has also announced the waive of Replacement charges for CTOP UP SIM in genuine cases i.e. if the defect in the C-TOP UP SIM is due to technical reasons beyond the control of C-TOP UP retailer/franchise etc.
If there is a loss of SIM or the defect in SIM is due to negligence of customer, replacement charges of Rs.10 may be taken from the C-Top-up retailer/ franchisee for replacement of C-TOP UP SIM.
This new offers shall be applicable to both Prepaid and Postpaid C TOP-UP Plans of all the new / existing eligible retailers and franchisees.
BSNL headquarters has issued all instructions to their circles for implementing the above announced Free Talk Time/SMS and waived of SIM replacement charges to BSNL Franchisees / Retailers with effect from 1st October 2013 as BSNL formation day gift.
