no action is being taken by BSNL div-2 silchar, meherpur, shivalik park regarding fibre optics, shame, better hand over to any other corporate sector, please give fibre optics line with any scheme, at present i am paying nearly 2000/- per month and getting a speed of 4 to 400 kbs, the technicians are worthless.
