For all the unsuccessful bill payments for BSNL Landline / Broadband, FTTH, DID, BSNL Mobile, WiMAX, BSNL CDMA, and BSNL recharge for prepaid mobile, you have to lodge BSNL complaint for which you have to get success.

In general, your amount will refund in the same mode of payment within 48 hours. Just wait for 48 hours after the transaction and if yet not appearing in your statement.   1. Dear sir, lam Sunil Kumar Singh, my BSNL no is 9487951694. Today I recharged amount of RS 98 and Rs198. Total recharge amount is Rs 296 through ICICI bank. But till now I did not receive the recharge amount. My another number is 9843021694(Vodafone). Please Recharge or Refund my amount.
