  1. I had no problem to check the data usage until the new Selfcare portal starts. The registration with new BSNL portal requires entering an OTP from the system. But the mobile number given on the old site was wrong or does not exist now. The OTP is always going to that old mobile number only even if I am giving the correct mobile number in this new BSNL Selfcare. I am trying to change it since two months. Not yet succeeded.
