  1. landline number 27311754 and its internet broadband both are lying totally dead since start of march 2021,several complaints were made on mtnl complaint numbers with no results.thereafter several times it was tried to call the area manager and general manager on their official numbers and mobile phones through my mobile phone but never and never none of these officers of mtnl even bothered to pick up even once the phone call. thereafter e mail complaints were sent to the higher authorities i.e vigilance department ,of mtnl and even to the minister of communication but till date no action on my complaints has been taken and the landline number and broadband connections both are dead and dead.
    now mtnl department immediately activate my connections without further loss of time within 24 hours otherwise disconnect the connections immediately if the connections are not activated within the stipulated time limit. it must be noted that all bills claimed by you from march 2021 onwards are illegal and must be withdrawn immediately within 24 hours since there is absolute deficie ncy in service and your department is not at all able to attend to complaints and activate the dead connections even on expiry of 4 months longest spell of time.
