  1. It is a benevolent plan from BSNL I would like to know the time of introduction of this unique facility. It is certainly a boon to the customers who visit foreign countries for a stay of more than three months.

There is no bill to be paid for the entire period of safe custody(only safe custody rent). I presume customers may be pleased to avail this advantageous plan. Thanks to BSNL.

  2. It seems an Excellent facility. I was thinking over this. Now it is clear that I can use this service during our overseas trip.

    • BSNL safe custody belongs to landline only. It is not applicable to broadband services. So submit your broadband closure request and landline safe custody letter to concerned by handover the modem if taken on rental.

  3. I had kept my land line along with broad band for safe custody for three months.
Now I want re connection. What is the procedure. Is there any prescribed application
form? If so, to whom it should be addressed to.
