Applied for Bharat Fiber service online, and received a pre-lead/Reference Number: 9000499163 against my request on 2nd of Oct 2020, but nobody called me from sales team in spite of multiple follow-up from customer care service, What is the use of applying the BSNL connection online if BSNL is not bothered about the customers.

Very poor service of BSNL in Ghaziabad. Nobody in department is bothering for customers pain.
No.5 Prem Bhawan, Dayalbagh, Agra, BSNL Landline with broadband No. 2570844 was closed inspite exhaustive amounts of annual payments with no customer service as more than 6M in a year the Broadband was not working – we would be interested in Fibre broadband plan of Rs 777, please advise what to do as No response from BSNL office.
We are interested in the connection at Ganj Bazar, opposite to Bhansali Roadways Meerut City but not able to contact BSNL office as all the landline numbers given on net are either not working or no one pick up. Please ask some one to contact.
