What is On Net and Off Net

The calls generated from BSNL Landline or Mobile to own network (BSNL) is called On Net calls, where the calls generated from the same service to Other network numbers is called Off Net calls, the charges for both the usage are different as per the subscription of BSNL Broadband (Bharat Fiber & DSL), Landline and GSM Mobile services.

BSNL Free Calls on Broadband / Bharat Fiber and Landline Network

To increase DSL and Bharat Fiber connection base, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited introduced unlimited free calling facility from BSNL landline network which is a unique opportunity for customers as per the subscription in all BSNL broadband plans as follows, Have a look at them.

BSNL Network Free Calls

• Those who subscribe to BSNL broadband plans from 249 and below Rs 645 monthly rental plans are allowed to enjoy only BSNL network unlimited free calls from 6 AM to 10:30 PM, but any network free calls from 10:30 PM to 6 AM, and also complete Sunday will provide with any network free calls.

BSNL Unlimited Free Calls Any Network

• Customers who subscribes to high speed internet in BSNL Bharat Fiber and DSL broadband services from Rs 645 towards monthly postpaid rent can avail any network free calls, and there is no time restriction, allowed 24 hours free calls to any network Local / STD calls within India throughout the year or until the subscription cancelled / revised by the department.

When coming to the landline services provided by BSNL, all the calls generated from fixed line are completely free to any network for BSNL Landline Plans 129, 249, and 299, but for landline plan 129 , the free calls are restricted to own network, but with some talktime to other network.

BSNL BBoWiFi network Free Calls

The Competent Authority has decided “to introduce Add-on voice pack @ Rs.100/- per month for offering 24 hours unlimited free calls (Local + STD) to any network within India under broadband over WiFi (BBo WiFi) plans (provided through BWSPs) with FMC Rs. 599/- & above, on promotional basis for a period of 90 days from 7th May 2019 to 4th August 2019 in Zone-6 (Gujarat), Zone-7 (Maharashtra), Zone-11(UP West, UP East, Uttaranchal), Zone-12 (Haryana), Zone-13 (Punjab, H.P., J&K), Zone-14 ( Rajasthan) and MP Telecom Circle”.
