  2. I am using prepaid bsnl SIM card issued from Chandigarh, but at GURGAON the network is very poor, I visited BSNL customer care centre, they advised me to port my number to some other operators and even not replaced my SIM for 4G upgradation, so help me in this matter to retain my BSNL and operations as well, because if customers like me continue to shift how the government run companies will survive. Thanks in anticipation.
