  5. BSNL selfcare portal is no showing Sep bills to be paid in Oct and it is still showing old data. When will you rectify it, If I raise the complaint, the complaint is getting closed without solution, Is there any one maintaining the BSNLselfcare portal and correcting the reported issues, Similarly it is not showing the latest Broadband plan that I have taken and it is showing the old data.

    I used to pay bill/change plan from self service portal earlier, I recently change my name for my Landline connection. After that, the landline is deleted from my self service portal, when I try to register again,the portal says “Customer Id related to Billing Account Number does not exist”, I tried the same service ID and billing account number as per the postpaid bill sent to me.

    Please help me in this regard.

    • Same issue, the Help document says there should be a customer Id field but in the form/UI there is not such field. Only two options to fill account number and landline number is there.

  12. Hello, I have registered with BSNL selfcare portal, After login I cannot access the facilities and showing There is no landline added to this account. My Name, mobile number, email ID is showing in the left side.In the right hand side in option Manage Account, Password management, opt for new service, schedule conference, directory inquiry is shown, I dont have access to other facilities. Why? And why it is showing and there is no landline added to this account.

  14. Incorrect information attached to my Customer ID, I was going thru my account details on BSNL Customer Care Portal and found irregularities as below. Please look into this and revert ASAP. Under My Services. The Facilities I could see 2 different phone details area attached to my customer ID. Please advise whom to contact regarding the wrong information in BSNL Customer Care Portal.

    Dear Sirs,
    I, the subscriber of BSNL is register at aforementioned number with your company and entertain the facility of BSNL fiber line.

    I would like to draw your kind attention that the connection is disconnected in a couple of month. Every time I generally make a complaint for the same. But the staff of the BSNL don’t seriously take the complaint and not dispose the same at earliest. Due to this, my important emails from overseas buyer are not received within the same time and it may be a cause of great problem. I will be unable to tolerate any more.

    I would like to continue my subscriber ship with BSNL as earlier, Therefore, You are humbly requested to dispose my problem accordingly.

  16. My BSNL landline 0832 2783324 along with broadband has not been working since May 2020. The BSNL office that serviced us in Verna Industrial Estate is closed down. I sent a complaint online, and got a reply that my fault has been attended to by Khalapa. Khalapa the linesman had already retired. I then went with a letter for disconnection of my lines to the Margao BSNL office but they refused to accept it since we come under Mormugao Circle. I explained that we could not go to Vasco, since it had just been declared a hotbed of Covid 19 and both my husband and I are senior citizens and are actually not supposed to go out at all. But they did not. I tried the call centre numbers given, but got no response. The line does not work, but the bills keep coming. Kindly tell me how I can get my line disconnected without leaving the house. We are only two senior citizens and we are not supposed to leave the house.

    • Kindly call Tollfree number 18001801503 (After selecting Language you can get one option to speak the customer care executive (24*7) directly then you ask about your PUK CODE.

I Wonder why a reputed internet provider and aristocratic telephone house like BSNL no even make a use friendly payment interface, I am writing this because instead show cumulative sum of each bill for single payment we should have pay bill individual, lose of time, lose of cost lost of delay .

OTP never comes to the registered mobile number in time, It comes only after session expires, I have tried this several times, This seems to be purposely done to avoid work by BSNL team as usual, Why is BSNL not willing to compete with other service providers in terms of quality of customer care, and too many employees and careless attitude is resulting in slow death of BSNL.

  26. If I can not use this from abroad because of OTP cannot be received you have to provide alternate way to receive OTP like some of the banks do giving both options through mobile as well as E mail.

I have never ever seen the problematic BSNL selfcare portal, For reregistration the option 1 on the page doesn’t allow to type mobile number, It takes only first digit of mobile number and didn’t allow to type remaining nine digits, Because of this problem registration process couldn’t complete.

  29. I have registered with BSNL self service portal for my 2 land lines 28171149 and 28171553 and I have provided my mobile number also 9841072502. But when I attempt to register for Amazon Prime I get a message that my mobile number is not registered. I am unable to proceed. Can you help?
