Why BSNL Selfcare Portal OTP not Received in My Mobile

How to resolve the OTP issue of BSNL selfcare portal which was not received in my mobile since many days when tried to add my new account or to change the existing facilities of my broadband?

Let’s check all the possible reasons why you are not getting the one time password to mobile when registration or after login to BSNL selfcare portal and how to resolve the error to get the OTP from portal.

  1. Why BSNL users not receiving OTP from selfcare at the time of registration?

    At the time of registration into selfcare portal, you may provide any other network mobile number, if not received means, your network SMS is not delivering, please check the same.

  2. Why I am not getting selfcare OTP in my BSNL mobile to add a billing account in portal?

    Usually, at the time registration or creating a new user in BSNL selfcare portal, you will receive a OTP on your submitted mobile number, but in case of adding a billing account of BSNL and not getting means, your submitted mobile number at the time of creating new application in CDR (BSNL data base) is different with present submission.

  3. How to get OTP in another mobile from selfcare to add an account?

    There is no possibility to get OTP in another, because of security reasons, BSNL portal allows the one time password only on registered mobile number for adding a billing account.

  4. Is there any change to change the registered mobile number in online which was submitted at the new activation at BSNL office?

    There is no possibility to change the contact mobile in online which was registered in BSNL database, You are required to submit a request letter to change the old contact number to your new mobile number, but there is a chance to change the contact number in BSNL selfcare portal which was registered at the time of new sign up for portal.

    My Broad Band Service is out of order since last 4-6 months. I have informed the matter to the BSNL Officials but no response, Though I am paying bill regularly but no suitable action is being taken by the BSNL for its restoration, Neither BSNL official nor employees are attending the complaints booked by the customers like me. I am a customer of BSNL since March, 2000 but no body is listening to my complaints. My Land line Telephone No.0671-2766272 of Goudgop Telephone Exchange under SDO(T), Salipur / GM (Telecom District), Cuttack / CGM (Telecom Circle), Odisha Bhubaneswar, Will you please look in to the matter, otherwise I compelled to disconnect the connection on or before 30/04/2021.

    from last 45 days we forgot my BSNL email pass ward due to that we are not working on it make several complaint regarding this on your email support center but no one solve my problem due to that we are not getting OTP on my mobile and on email pls resolve my problem.

    BSNL do not want customer because it will cause to to have heavy work load, That’s why they are not sending the SMS

    i am getting OTP only after 15 to 30 minutes, so the time limit for the OTP is exceeds followed by no use, i do not know to whom i want to contact to register selfcare?

      Try to register with BSNL network number.
