  1. I am facing problems during Tele verification of my no 9547308243, I have port my Vodafone no to BSNL and received OTP but the 1507 verification process is not going. So can’t activate my BSNL any till now.. whats to do

Self are portal is not working properly, i am getting otp after 20 minutes, i am wondering that all this type of difficulties happening with bsnl only, no other operator have such problems, and i feel that bsnl purposely doing all these to help other private operators, even wings cc also behaving very badly with bad words to its customers, i am really planned to cancel all bsnl connections from me, very much disappointing.

  3. I don’t want to receive paper bills and send only soft copy of the bill, Actually, for the fast 5 years I m receiving both soft and hard bills, though I do not want to receive hard copy, At least in future please do not send hard copy and provide Rs 10 discount on bills.
