BASISTHA SEN says
I was a subscriber of BSNL (Calcutta Telephones) Land line and Broadband since long, Due to unsatisfactory and disturbed service, I had to leave both the connections almost eight/nine months back. I did not apply meantime to refund my Security deposits both the connections (ie., Rs500+Rs500 = Rs1000/-) Now, I intend to enter again into the mentioned network to avail Broadband and Landline services, May I appeal to re-allot my previous LL number (if not yet allotted to other) and treat the fund (Rs.1000) as Security Deposit as deposited earlier to Calcutta telephones.
