  4. Complaint lodged more than 5 days ago not addressed till date, this is d state when BSNL is boasting of providing best services to d customers. Daily telephone calls r made on telephone simply to talk but not to rectify d fault & set right d broadband.

  5. Unable to raise complaint thru BSNL portal after several attempts, Requesting refund for slow data speed since last couple of months. Unable to use voice at all (totally down), Could use only 9 GB out of 600 GB FUP during the whole month due to slow speed). So poor service!!

  6. Worst service from bsnl never care about the customers problem and no response for the complaints, if we come to the issue of internet speed Everything they say is lie the plans says 10mbps the speed and we don’t even get 1mbps 😆😆 the worst internet service provider in India.

  7. BSNL Network is very weak on dantewada, BSNL network but the H+ was not coming only get H, E and G, Please help to set a good network on dantewada, Fastly growth the 3G to 4G network.
