I have been facing issues with the broadband since I have bought the connection, I think BSNL provides the worst service, almost every day i lodge a complaint with BSNL about slow speed, no internet or intermittent issues, I am seriously done with it and want my connection to be disconnected, Atleast provide me the service to send someone to collect the surrender letter, I don’t want your services. Thanks!

My DSL broadband is not working properly for the past one month, I have given several complaints, But the situation remains the same, Neither the JTO nor the SDE is able to fix the problem, If they don’t fix soon I have no other option but to look for another ISP.
