We have paid our post paid bill of RS.471/- pertaining our telephone no 944090XXXXX (bill Dt 06/09/2021) my bsnl app Dt 06/09/2021 net banking Even the amount has also been debited in my SB Account, But I have not been received the official receipt from BSNL, Kindly send the official receipt to our EMail ID.

  2. Due to poor Land line BB / Internet services I had not paid for the two months during Aug and Sept 2020, they had made auto / manual calls, for the payment, due to poor service I had opted for another Internet service
    BSNL disconnected my phone and I am not getting any in/out calls / Internet services .

    But BSNL continues to send the latest bill with 0 DB data and 0 calls, by default and adds over previous bill, Are they technically correct to do this, to charge a customer number, with no service provided.

    Pls any one may clarify this point

I have recently ported my two BSNL Nos from Maharashtra Circle to MP Circle in July 2020, Firstly, BSNL has changed my Account Nos, secondly, BSNL has charged Rs 600/- for each SIM as security charges when my security charges are already held with Maharashtra Circle, There is no mention of refunding the same to me and on top of that BSNL has again charged me in MP, The payment for new SIM cards in MP Circle is separate, Why is BSNL looting customers? Does the MP Circle Accountant say he is not concerned with charges levied by Maharashtra Circle? Is this how one single company (BSNL) harasses customers of a different zone? If the Mobile No can shift from one Circle to another why cannot the Account also! Isn’t BSNL responsible for returning my security deposit from Maharashtra or adjust it in MP when the Mobile No has been shifted, BSNL wants me to get into another round of applications with their red-tapism ?? I have Paid my BSNL Landline (0288 2343864) through internet backing on Saturday May 3rd 2020 of Rs.396/- and payment was successful Ref Id: FCDR0205204339053, But still the bill is showing unpaid today on 7th May 2020 I paid the bill again of Rs.411/- Ref ID: FCDR0705204558807, Making two time payment of the same month bill I line still not working NO INTERNET, Please do the needful.

    I made a payment through BSNL online portal of amount 436.00 against landline number 06795-273050 on 04-01-2020 20:34:11, but the payment is not yet done and it is included in this month bill again, Can you please check the payment status and update in online portal, So that i can make the current outstanding bill, Due to non update of bill details i am unable to make the current outstanding amount online, Please address the issue on priority to avoid any inconvenience.

BSNL Team improve your services and portal or be ready to lose to your competitors, The attitude of govt job is going to go soon else you are going to go, none of your BSNL payment portal is working fine and bill payment done through any other wallet like Phonepe does not reflect in your system on time and you start charging late fees for the bill payment, The time is up, improve or give way to better people.

      • Why misguide people BSNL? I have been paying BSNL bills online for the last four years and it is very clearly mentioned in your self-care portal that, One can only download the latest month bill.
        Do check your knowledge before you declare such statements, Normally the left hand of BSNL does not know what the right hand is doing.

  18. Landline Bill payment has been done thru PayTM, but the BSNL Website still shows as dues, even after 4 hrs and PayTM shows the payment has been successful, Rechecked after 24 hrs, but still the BSNL website shows as dues to be paid.

    • PAYTM is a third party payment portal, which have no interlinking with BSNL, and not having any responsibility for BSNL regarding PAYTM bill payments, BSNL portal shows “due is pending” means, the amount is not received from PAYTM to BSNL which you have paid, so please try to make your bill payments in official BSNL portal or My BSNL APP, then it is responsibility of ISP.

I’ve been paying my Landline bill at quick pay portal for the past so many months/years for my LL0452-2602201, Well within the pay by date, But, till now, never I’ve been awarded the so-called loyalty points, whereby BSNL Is Just NOT KEEPING ITS PROMISES except boasting/besting of its own trumpets, Will BSNL, at least, now wake up to the realities and practicalities and correct themselves and credit the loyalty points?
