I took a new FTTH connection at my home for which installation charges of Rs.1500 and an advance of six months @ 749X6=4494 plus 18% GST (Rs.5303=00) was paid to the agency working for BSNL. The wire installation was completed without incoming/outgoing calls setup and configuration of wireless router on 21st August.

It was started on 31st August 2020. I started getting bill from 21st August for which emails were sent to CRO, Tarnaka and requested them to remove the services of broadband and retain the old number instead of new number allotted to me on FTTH connection. I did not get any reply through email from the office.

The most surprising thing that I received the bill for both the connections (broadband and FTTH) for the month of September. When I wrote to the CRO, they asked me to come to their office personally to do the changes. It is really shocking that BSNL has become a cheating company.

The bill prepared for the month of new FTTH connection is also increased from 749 to 779. This is not he first time they have done this. in the year 2012, for the March month bill, the service tax was charges as per new revised tax whereas it was supposed to be applied on April month bill. When called to the concerned AO, they said we will revise in coming bill but it never happened and they stopped lifting the phone.

I want to surrender my aseem plan. Actually it was informed/misinformed to me that in the plan is only for 6 months.so that those who do not know that I have surrendered my land line can contact me.Now I find that an application for disconnection has to be deposited at concerned BSNL customer care office with a copy of PAN card. It will be very much helpful if any on line system for such application is made

Call Forwarding to Mobile number only.
The plan also varies from circle to circle. In my circle, its actually 99+gst & 199+gst for 4 months not 6 months.
99+gst – For forwarding to a BSNL number
      199+gst – For forwarding to a Non-BSNL number

It can be activated right after your local SDO closes the connection from his system. In my case the whole disconnection process took 7-10 days . after that they immediately activated my Assem plan and after 3-4 days more, Iy was successfully activated.
