Worst BSNL service, where 4G not yet launched in JAMMU and India is preparing for 5G launch in 2020, I had postpaid no 9469131090, Closed now, Refund of 500/- not yet received after 6 months, where NAMO should shutdown BSNL as early as possible or handover to pvt sector, What a joke, BSNL spending 60% of its revenue on salaries, and No BSNL employee bothers.
